This Refund Policy specifies the eligible conditions, processing procedures and time limits for all refund applications on our website, applicable to all global orders settled in USD.

Refund Eligibility

Customers can apply for returns and corresponding refunds within 60 days from the date of order delivery. Eligible refund scenarios include defective products, wrong item delivery, damaged goods during transportation, and products that do not match the official product description. All returned products must be unused, unmodified and kept in original packaging with complete accessories unless otherwise specified.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive, inspect and confirm the validity of the returned products, the official refund process will be initiated. All refunds will be completed within 5 to 10 business days. The actual arrival time of the refund may vary slightly depending on the customer’s payment channel and bank processing rules.

Refund Method

All refunds will be returned through the original payment method used for order placement, and the refund currency is unified as US Dollar (USD). No additional handling fee will be charged for valid refund applications.

 Ineligible Refund Situations

Refund applications will not be approved for products damaged due to personal misuse, artificial damage, lost original packaging or accessories after customer receipt, customized products, and returns exceeding the 60-day valid return period. We will issue a detailed explanation for all rejected refund applications.

 Partial Refund Rules

For orders with multiple products, customers can apply for partial return and partial refund for eligible individual items. The refund amount will be calculated according to the unit price of the returned product, and no shipping fee will be deducted due to global free shipping service.
